My favorite hobby is aquarium. I have built a beautiful fish
tank in my house. There are different types of fish. Among them are goldfish
and platy. It's beautifully set up. Aquatic plants make the fish tank more
beautiful. Fish get oxygenated air because of plants. I clean my fish tank once
a month. When we are looking at the fish, we feel very relaxed.
Platy Fish
Platy fish are quite popular among freshwater aquarium
keepers. They are lovely, simple to care for, and interesting to watch. The
"old faithfuls" of the society of fish keepers are platy fish. They
were first used in the industry more than 100 years ago and have since been
enthralling fans. These freshwater fish are a great option for novices because
of their laid-back personalities and all-around toughness. Experienced
collectors and hobbyists also appreciate them because of the wide variety
available. Because of this, the majority of people just call them
"platies." These fish are members of the Poeciliidae family, which
also contains mollies, guppies, and swordfish, and they belong to the
Xiphophorus genus.
Goldfish
There are many types of Goldfish. I have common goldfish. The
common goldfish is a breed of goldfish that only differs in color and shape
from its living predecessor. A close relative of koi, goldfish are a type of
farmed wild carp. The majority of fancy goldfish variants are descended from
this basic type. Common goldfish are available in a range of hues, including
red, orange, red/white, white/black, yellow/white, blue, grey/brown, olive
green, yellow, white, and black, with orange serving as their most prevalent
color variation. The fish's health status may occasionally be indicated by the
brightness, duration, and vividness of the color, although this is not always
the case because different water conditions might contribute to the appearance
of discolouration. Social fish like to live in groups and are commonly found in
aquariums. Any fish can coexist with them as long as they're kind and tame.
Common goldfish can become tame with the right care and attention. Once
accustomed to seeing its owner's face, a fish will often swim toward the fish
keeper when it is feeding time, making hand-feeding possible. Small goldfish
typically steer clear of all human touch. However, in a mature, middle-sized
goldfish, this dread disappears. A goldfish that has reached adulthood is more
likely to eat directly out of its owner's hands without showing any signs of
concern. Although goldfish owners enjoy this behavior, it can be dangerous in
outdoor ponds where predators may take advantage of such cooperative prey.
Mature goldfish will also graze or nibble to learn more about their
surroundings.
